Warning: Fraudulent Impersonation of Vantage Capital Markets HK Limited

We have recently become aware that one or more third parties is fraudulently using our name, address and Securities and Futures Commission license status to invite retail investors on WhatsApp to join WhatsApp investment groups and likely to conduct other activities with the intention to deceive prospective investors.   We DO NOT engage in these activities and are not responsible for the fraudulent activities of unauthorized persons.   We DO NOT hold clients’ money or securities and DO NOT invest money for clients.    

Please exercise extreme caution in dealing with any person purporting to represent us in these activities and DO NOT transfer funds or disclose personal or financial information to any person claiming to represent us in this manner.  If you wish to verify the identity of any person purporting to represent us, please contact us at vcm@vcm.hk.

我們近日發現，一名或多名第三方人士正冒用本公司的名稱、地址及證券及期貨事務監察委員會（證監會）牌照資料，透過 WhatsApp 邀請零售投資者加入投資群組，並可能進行其他活動，意圖詐騙潛在投資者。

本公司並未從事上述活動，亦不會為非授權人士的欺詐行為負責。本公司不持有客戶的資金或證券，亦不會代客戶進行資金投資。

如有人聲稱代表本公司從事上述活動，請務必提高警覺。切勿向任何該等人士轉帳，或透露個人或財務資料。
